Spray Foam Insulation

Add Value to Your Home with Spray Foam Insulation

Spray Foam Insulation is an open or closed-cell foam sprayed to the walls or ceiling of a structure using a spray foam rig. Once cured it is highly resistant to moisture and will not deteriorate. Spray Foam Insulation is low maintenance and provides for a higher resale value which makes it one of the most worthwhile investments in your property.

Spray foam insulation works for all exposed surfaces including walls, ceilings, basements, crawl spaces, and attics. It adds to the structural integrity of your home, serves as an air barrier as well as a sound barrier and protects your home against mold growth and water damage caused by condensation and moisture.

Depending on the Type, Spray Foam Insulation Can:

  • Add Value to Your Home
  • Add to the Structural Integrity of the Building
  • Provide a Low Maintenance Solution for Insulation
  • Provide a Sound Barrier
  • Protect Against Condensation, Moisture, and Mold

Closed-cell foam insulation is waterproof, open cell is not. Closed-cell insulation will add to the structural integrity of the building structure.

R-value is the measurement of prevention of the flow of heat in and out of a structure. The higher the R-value, the better it is insulated.

Closed cell: 6.5 – 7 R-value per inch
Open cell: 3.5 – 3.6 R-value per inch
